Samantha was my initial contact in my quest to get rid of the water knock occurring every time a water item (sink, toilet, sprinkler etc.) was turned on or off. She immediately scheduled a tech (same day offered) to come to our home...and followed up to advise/confirm same. Cassandra, with whom I had dealt before, also assisted during the interim and follow-up....which was most appreciated. But the star of the show was Wes.....who arrived at our home right on time, diagnosed the problem, double checked his findings and solution with others, picked up the needed part from HD, and, during the same visit, made the correction to the initial new water heater installation.......using his obvious17 year experience in the plumbing business. The result.....no more annoying water knocks! Wes is pleasant to work with, patiently explains the problem and solution in a manner understandable to us non-plumber folks and leaves a clean slate when finished. I will definitely ask for Wes if I have a future problem requiring RR's help.
