Missed the appointment window by a couple of hours. Called to keep me posted and had a tech come in from over an hour away to make sure I received my service on the day scheduled. Great job by the tech. Job was to replace the anode rod in the water heater. Old one would not come loose. He worked with it until he was able to compete the job. Made sure everything was in good working order before he left and cleaned up afterwards. Great job by. Tech gets 5 stars. Only reason for the 4 stars is that they missed the appointment window.
