Review content:
The service tech, Kevin, was great! I can't say the same for the office staff, particularly the dispatch area. Kevin got here late--very late. He was assigned my job when he was at a big,messy job in Beaumont and it lasted a long time. He then needed to go to Hemet to clean up so as to be presentable at my job. When he to to my home he was very professional and apologized for the lateness when it wasn't his fault. He gave me an additional perk to calm my Ire. He took the blame for other peoples bad work. Because of Kevin I will continue to use Rescue Rooter but will closely monitor the dispatch section.
