I own a small restaurant just outside of Riverside County. My business has been relying on Airflow's service for many years. I had to stop by and write in about an especially remarkable service call I received recently.
It gets quite hot in California, and customers often stop in to cool off with a drink and a meal. During one especially busy day, our main ice maker decided to stop working. Our backups were quickly overwhelmed, and we started telling customers drinks were going to be delayed while we got caught up. It was causing a huge problem. Luckily, Airflow was there to save the day. I gave them a call, they took some notes about the problem, and a technician was at my restaurant 45 minutes later. He immediately knew what was wrong, had all the tools and parts to do the job, and got everything running smoothly again. The repair only took an hour, and we were able to get by that day.
I really consider the great repair service I've received from Airflow to be some of the reason for my restaurant's success, since they prevent unhappy customers and lousy service. Broken equipment doesn't seem so daunting when I know that I can call them and they will be there to make things right again. I look forward to working with Airflow again in the future.
