I can't thank Airflow Appliance Repair enough for saving my expensive appliance. We have been fortunate enough to be able to own a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and this was the first time we've had a problem with it. These refrigerators are very robust, but very expensive. Replacing the refrigerator was simply not an option, and the local repair shops we contacted kept quoting us very high. It honestly felt like we were being swindled.
I had heard great things about Airflow and decided to give them a call. I described the issue and the noise the refrigerator was making, and they were able to guess the problem pretty quickly. I got a very reasonable quote and Airflow sent somebody out the next day. This was great because we were able to save most of the items in our refrigerator. The repairman was very professional and fixed the problem in no time at all. He described it as a minor issue and confirmed our suspicions that we were getting quoted too highly from other repair places.
The fridge is running better than ever months later, and we will definitely be going to Airflow first next time. I wouldn't trust my expensive appliances and service money to anyone else.
