Amazing customer service!! We called Airflow when a broken Kitchenaid garbage disposal was creating quite a foul-smelling problem in our building's kitchen. Our usual maintenance guy was stretched beyond his means and didn't have the parts on hand to fix the problem quickly enough. Since this was a problem that was causing more issues besides not being able to run things down the garbage disposal, I REALLY needed an appliance repair service that could correct the issue very quickly. I saw that Airflow offered same-day appliance service on their website. I gave them a call, explained the situation, and had an Airflow repair person on site fixing our disposal in mere HOURS! I have never seen such speedy and considerate customer service before. I was very embarrassed that the repair person had to work in the soiled conditions of our kitchen, but he was very polite about it and didn't mind at all. I really appreciated how smooth the entire process was.
Now I know that Airflow is the appliance repair service to go with if you need the job done quickly and done right. Our garbage disposal is working great and things are running smoothly again! Thank you Airflow for providing absolutely outstanding service when I really needed it.
