I needed a special part for my aging freezer. Airflow was able to get it within a week. This is much better than the estimates other shops gave me-if they could even find the part to order at all. Airflow was extremely knowledgeable about parts. They actually explained that it was very rare for them not to have a part since they keep so many stocked, and they worked hard to make my repair possible even though they could have just declined the job. I'm extremely grateful because if they had, I would've likely had to buy a new freezer. After my part arrived, a technician was out the next day to do the repair. The repair itself really was just replacing a part and took only an hour. I was amazed at how quick and focused the repair guy was. He even told me there's a warranty on the repair and if I had any problems I could call them for a re-fix. This blew my mind because the warranties that come with new appliances don't even cover much nowadays. I will definitely be calling Airflow again if I need any other repairs. I am a business owner with a small shop outside of L.A. Our air conditioner is older and breaks down a lot. It's usually a minor issue, so I just get it repaired as we don't have the money to spend thousands on a new one. I had called another company to service our dryer, and they did a less-than-spectacular job. The dryer worked again for about two more loads before it broke down. The company I called originally assured us they wouldn't have made any mistakes that we must be abusing our dryer. Basically, they blamed us for it breaking again and never thought they may have not completed the repair properly. Needless to say, I was not pleased. I looked up more companies online and settled on Airflow because they had great information and reviews on their web page. Airflow did a superb job! They fixed my dryer and it stayed FIXED- as it should!! I have definitely learned my lesson and next time I will research companies more thoroughly before calling anyone. At least I know Airflow is a reliable choice for my appliance repair needs. I really wish I found them the first time around and wasn't just concerned with saving time. I couldn't believe our bad luck when our washer-dryer combo completely broke. My household was a mess with us unable to do laundry. I decided I needed to solve this problem as quick as possible. Luckily, I called Airflow Appliance Repair first thing. They said a technician would be out within a few hours, and he showed up right at their estimated time. The technician was extremely friendly and even answered some questions we had about our washer. He knew his stuff and was WAY more helpful than even the manual that came with our appliance! Turns out there was a problem with a couple faulty parts. This was no problem to fix when Airflow came to the rescue. The technician had all the parts and tools he needed with him so the repair went very smoothly and quickly. It's been a couple weeks now, and our washer/dryer is running smoother than ever. We even saved some money because they offered us a couple deals as new customers. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to a stressful situation. $300.00 dollar repair to fix my LG washer. My washing machine is now flooding my utility room and kitchen and is completely inoperable. Repairman was supposed to return with another part to fix the part he broke and return on Saturday morning. No one has shown up or returned our calls. I had a small, manageable leak and was able to use my washer before the supposed repair. Now I have a completely useless washer that has water pouring from it onto the electrical components and motor and all over the floor. more

I have an LG Electrocool refrigerator and recently it started to run non stop without getting to normal temperature in the fresh food compartment. The fridge part was quite warm all the time and I had to shop for food more often as it began to spoil faster. I called a few appliance repair companies and choose Airflow because 1 - they were available, 2 - I got the most coherent responses to the questions I had, 3 - they have good reviews online, 4 - they are a local company and I try to shop local whenever I can. Their technician arrived at the scheduled time. He did some tests and pointed to the fact that the fridge door was not closing properly. It happened that the gaskets became worn and needed replacing. I was relieved that there is nothing more serious than that. I'm happy to let you know that it's been over a month since the repair and my fridge is running like new. more

My repairman answered the phone right away, gave me worst case scenario price, and came the next morning. He was very nice and professional. I was charged a very reasonable price which was less than half of worst case scenario. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. more
