I just had my second great experience with this company and had to tell others about their fantastic service. Its pretty rare nowadays that companies actually care about customers and not just about money. My daughter recommended Airflow originally when my Whirlpool oven broke. She said they did a good job with her washer and seemed to know what they were doing. I was impressed that I could get same-day service without paying huge fees. My oven ended up needing only a minor repair and cost less than I thought to fix. The repair tech was very friendly and worked on his own without being disruptive, so I was able to go about my day as usual. I even used the newly-fixed oven to cook dinner that night! I then called them on a second occasion to fix our deep freezer, since I didn't know of any other place and Airflow did a nice job the first time. The repair was a little over a month ago and it's still going strong. Their service is nothing short of excellent and the price is much less than buying a new appliance. I will continue to use Airflow for my repairs.
