THE WORST!! 2/2/2012

I purchased this service and was EXTREMELY dissapointed! The star rating system doesn't have an option for ZERO stars... The guy pulled up in old, beatup Bronco, walked up to me and said ""Uh, I'm here for to clean your carpets."" I showed him the groupon on my phone and without saying anything he walked back to his car and started unloading his ""equipment"" - a bucket, a hose, and a backpack. He came in, asked for an outlet and started ""cleaning'. He was done with 3 rooms and a hallway in about 20 minutes, dumped dirty water in my kitchen sink, and left with only ""Alright, I'm done."" Afterwards, my house smelled so badly of chemicals and dirty water that I left every window open for 5 days and the smell still wasn't gone! This was by far the worst experience of carpet cleaning and customer service I have ever seen.... P.S. My carpet was NOT clean. more

been a while since our last carpet cleaning, used one of the Franchise companies last time.. regreted it.. lousy .. these guys are family run business. did a great job. very nice. more

Holiday party got out of control 1/23/2012

had some spills and mess on the new carpet, my neighbors used this company a few days ago. so we called, they did a fantastic job. very pleased. more

smelly carpets no more.. 1/22/2012

we have 2 Yellow Labs, water dogs, oily coat, great dogs, very smelly dirty spots all over they house where they like to sleep. It cost extra but the guys got the smell out, im so happy, we love our dogs, but they do smell bad.. more

Groupon gone good 1/22/2012

Carpets turned out very nice, we also got the Duct cleaning as well, they were professional and quick. pet odor gone, pet stains cleaned up. the Truck they used seemed very powerful and the guys really knew their stuff, we asked alot of questions. more

My neighbors used them and we got their number.. they did an estimate, carpets are clean again and smell nice. puppy training was not going well.. but we got the puppy trained and now our carpet is clean again. thanks guys. more

Groupon Duct and Carpet deal 1/19/2012

they were very prompt and professional. Cleaned the ducts, everything went well,. we had alot of family over for the Holidays, got very messy, Grandkids, Nephews, nieces, big group. Our carpets were in real need of some deep cleaning, the Tim and Derik were great, love Tim's Fedora, very fun. they pretreated the carpet, smelled like oranges, had a citrus based cleaning chemicals i guess. Carpets cleaned up well, and took a few hours to dry, the really dirty spots took a bit longer but i guess thats to be expected. once it was dry it really looked nice. and Groupon was a great deal. more

NEVER SHOWED!! LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS! 12/10/2011

Wow...PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Pay heed to these reviews and do not use AAA Masterclean! We booked to have our carpets cleaned one month in advance. I should have known that when we called to book, the man just said ""hello"". I thought I had the wrong number at first! Appointment was for between 10am-11am. No show at 10am. No show at 11am. No show at 12noon. Called them - they NEVER bothered to call us. Said they were running late and would not be there until 1pm-2pm. Bummer to just be sitting around all day - but - okay. Stuff happens. No show at 1pm. No show at 2pm. No show at 3pm. No show at 4pm. We had to call again because they NEVER called us. At that point, I just said forget it. What a terrible way to run a business! Please go with another carpet cleaning company. There are so many other choices out that - and it appears that those choices are much more professional and reliable. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! 11/9/2011

How do I give negative star service???? I scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance to get my ducts cleaned. The guy NEVER showed. I called to see where the service guy was. No answer. After leaving a message I received a call back. He said he was running behind and would be here shortly. 90 minutes later no phone call and no show! When my husband called that guy cursed at him and hung up. Company service not worth the ""discount"" pay a few bucks more with someone else and I guarantee you will have to get better service. The guy thinks he is doing you a favor with his prices. more

No service at all!! 10/14/2011

I cannot say that they did not clean my carpet well. The problem is they never cleaned it! I had arranged to have them come out and clean my carpet at 8:30 am Oct. 1st. I called Friday to confirm, no return call. I removed my furniture and vacuumed well, as they asked me to do. I waited till 10:30 for them to show up, no show, no call. I called them 3 times, no answer. I was extremely upset and would never recommend a company that can't even return my calls. I would not give them any stars if that was a choice. more

I called around, they answered the phone, gave me a quote over the phone, and that was the PRICE.. no tricks, or scams, or games.. just clean carpets and the right price. I will tell friends and family. more

They didn't resolve problem-they hung up on me!! 5/22/2010

I own several investment properties in Colorado Springs. This is the worst company I have worked with in 15 years. We think they didn't even vacuum the bed rooms. Stay away too many competitors to choose from. At least get someone who will discuss any issues!!! Very unhappy Chris Monument, CO Pros: Cheap Cons: Very poor job and wouldn't even discuss it. more

I really did my homework on this 10/21/2009

I reviewed several competitors, big name Nationwide chain groups like Coit, Stanley Steamer, Fish window cleaning, etc.. AAA MasterClean is the only company that i found that does Windows, Carpets, & Draperies, i own a large home in the Black Forest, I needed all the work done described above. The price was fair, the quality of work was great, and the crew was very polite, I will refer my Neighbors and family. It is great to deal with a LOCAL, Family owned business. Pros: best price & quality work Cons: really nice guys more
