found this company on Market Treasury, used the coupon and they did a fine job, .. very pleased. we have a large German Shepherd who is getting very old now, and has trouble controlling his bladder, cant always wait until we get to let him out the door. so it was not a small job. The carpets are now cleaned up. We will use them again in the spring. I have already refered several neighbors . more

My Brother-in-law and sister used these guys to clean their carpets last fall, so we gave them a call, they were a few min. late not to bad, the guy who showed up was professional and did a good job, gave us a bottle of ""Spotter"" to remove any spills in between cleanings. seemed like a decent company. our carpet dried in a couple hours. looks clean. more

We bought a Groupon Coupon and forgot about it actually expired, but i called the company anyway and asked, they honored the Groupon for us, the manager was very kind and really worked with us on that. my Husband was injured at work and was out of work for a few months and in and out of the hospital so we just forgot about it, it was very nice that they took some compassion and honored the Groupon deal for us.. then they showed up.. On time, worked quickly, got the stains out, and were very professional, i was pleased, only took a few hours to dry. one of the spots came back the next day, I called the office and they sent someone out that afternoon to do the touch up. we will call again. more

Dog got sick... a lot.. out both ends 1/10/2013

called these guys yesterday, they got here this morning, cleaned the carpets, my poor dog got into something that made him sick, from both ends i think it was Christmas Cookies... yukky, looked them up on line, had good reviews all over, and they came out this morning first thing... clean and fresh again.. :) thanks guys you are my hero's today :) .. very kind and quick. We really needed someone we could trust, our Neighbors have used them as well and were pleased. more

what a holiday season, we had a ton of family over, and just had so much fun playing with the Grand kids, and nieces and nephews, but our carpet was a mess.. so we called the boys out to clean em up again, everything went great, so wonderful, Chris is such a charming young man, and Tim is always so through, thanks again for making our home a clean place again. the new trucks look great also. very nice. more

I used them about 6-7 months ago. They didn't call back several times. I should have taken a hint. They did our carpet and windows. The carpet had never been cleaned before (5-year-old house). They cleaned it and now it's dirtier than it ever was (in 6 months time!) The windows have wipe marks, and they said they would return and clean up the windows, but they didn't show on the day they had scheduled. Didn't call either. Waste of money!!! more

It appears as if this company used to get good reviews and in the last few months has let their business die. I am very frustrated with them- had a living social coupon for window washing and they scheduled me three months out for October. The morning of the appointment it snowed so they resheduled. No one ever showed up the next week and they never called. I called repeatedly and no one ever answered or returned my call. I got a refund from Living Social. Disappointing customer service and NO service ever rendered. Make your own conclusion. more

The first appointment had to be rescheduled due supposed scheduling problems. No one ever showed up for the rescheduled time the next day. No additional communication from the company. No response to my repeated phone calls and emails. Avoid this company. more

They stood us up for one appointment after being an hour late, and us having to call and hunt him (service operator) down. He said he was having machine problems and completely forgot to let us know. So, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. more

Would never use them again! They were an hour late when suposedly I was supposed to be their first client of the day. Guy that did the carpet couldnt have cared one bit that he was late or how clean he was getting the carpet. Ran my hand over the spot of carpet in front of my back door and it was completely dry. Needless to say I will be searching for another company next time. more

We paid for carpet cleaning service for the house we were moving out of last June, but it never got used for that house so this company let us hold on to the service ticket until we needed it. After all the traffic of moving in and then some good snow storms, we finally decided it was time to get the carpets cleaned. I have to say this was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had....the owner James was incredibly nice & helpful, they were punctual, went above & beyond what we paid for and the work was fantastic (they got every stain out and the carpet looks almost new again). Our carpets look great! And I didn't walk away from the experience feeling like I was being scammed or pressured into buying more than I needed/wanted/could afford. If anyone in their service area needs carpet cleaning services, I highly recommend these guys! more

Worst Carpet Cleaning...I mean soaking EVER! 2/17/2012

Had them clean our carpets in February 2012 after we babysat a puppy and they had some accidents. First off they do not clean, they soak the carpets. It took over a day before I could put our furniture back into our rooms. We had the heat cranked up to 78 with three box fans blowing. After they dried we noticed that the urine smell was still present, and the carpets did not look any cleaner. We called and they stated that they could come over and re-do the carpets, but it would cost $25 per room. HOW REDICULOUS!!! Oh but wait, they also offered ""as a favor to us"" the opportunity to go to a carpet cleaning store to purchase something called Odorcide and clean them ourselves. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The sad thing is we unknowingly used the same carpet service last year: The kid in the Beat up Bronco referenced in another review came over... good grief I feel dumb :( more

Horrible 2/5/2012

We got a Groupon on this company thinking it would be a great way to get the carpets spruced up for the holidays. Purchased mid October and they did not have any availability until after Thanksgiving. They basically used a carpet cleaner that we could have rented at the store for less. Came home to dirt lines in the carpet and had to go over it with our hand steamer. I would NOT recommend using these folks. Very disappointed. more
