Wow...PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Pay heed to these reviews and do not use AAA Masterclean! We booked to have our carpets cleaned one month in advance. I should have known that when we called to book, the man just said ""hello"". I thought I had the wrong number at first! Appointment was for between 10am-11am. No show at 10am. No show at 11am. No show at 12noon. Called them - they NEVER bothered to call us. Said they were running late and would not be there until 1pm-2pm. Bummer to just be sitting around all day - but - okay. Stuff happens. No show at 1pm. No show at 2pm. No show at 3pm. No show at 4pm. We had to call again because they NEVER called us. At that point, I just said forget it. What a terrible way to run a business! Please go with another carpet cleaning company. There are so many other choices out that - and it appears that those choices are much more professional and reliable.
