How do I give negative star service???? I scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance to get my ducts cleaned. The guy NEVER showed. I called to see where the service guy was. No answer. After leaving a message I received a call back. He said he was running behind and would be here shortly. 90 minutes later no phone call and no show! When my husband called that guy cursed at him and hung up.
Company service not worth the ""discount"" pay a few bucks more with someone else and I guarantee you will have to get better service. The guy thinks he is doing you a favor with his prices.
