After a bad experience with another company, I contacted W&F. The satff at W&F went out of their way to come to my house to fix my air conditioning before the outside temperature reached 100 degrees. Taneeka found a time that was convenient for me and Mark spent time explaining the problem and how it would be fixed. He was very courteous and professional. If you have a home warranty policy with American Home Shield, tell them you want Williams and Fogg to perform the work you need done.
