I just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the service we received today. We called to have an HVAC tech come out to the house because our unit was occassionally acting up. Lawrence Coleman called before he showed up. He was very pleasant on the phone and arrived at my house within the timeframe he gave me. When I answered the door he shook my hand, smiled, wiped his feet, and introduced himself. I invited him in and he immediately got to work. In a few minutes he came back and went over things with us. There were several suggestions on the unit. My husband and I decided that since we rent this house we would discuss things with our landlord and let him make the final call. Even though we couldn't fix anything today it is because of Lawrence that I will be calling you guys again. We plan to buy a house soon and will use you guys for any issues we have as well as recommend you to friends and family. We appreciate Lawrence's professionalism, courtesy, and over positive and genuine attitude. It's employees like Lawrence that keep customers coming back to the same company. Thank you!!!!
