Love love LOVE Natalie, at A+ 4/2/2011

Natalie, at A+ Apartment Locating, in Austin, was the BEST! I had been looking online, in the Greensheet, on Craigslist, etc., and was so confused...and exhausted. Then, a woman I met at work gave me Natalie's business card. I called Natalie, and she immediately gave me so much pertinent information and was so knowledgable about the areas that would suit my crazy demands (work and grandchildren, all important, all WAY far from each other) that I was relieved. I met with her the next week, and when I arrived at her office, she'd already pulled all the apartments in my price range and we went through each one of them, looking at pictures and options. She REALLY had my best interest at heart, and we narrowed it down to 2, that day. I went by both, and met with the 2 leasing agents. I liked both equally, and so I called Natalie to get her opinion. We talked about the good and bad points of each one, and I finally decided. I LOVE MY APARTMENT! And the people here are wonderful. I think I would've been really happy with the other one, also, but I am thrilled with my choice. It's the first time in my entire life that I hachose to save a little money on something! All this is thanks to Natalie. She is the best! more

Difficult process made easy 3/24/2011

After living in Austin for 6 years in apartments my wife and I wanted to rent a house. After being totally overwhelmed by the process of trying to find a place that not only was in a decent neighborhood but worth living in was too much handle. After contacting Garth he took us out and showed us 4 places that not only met our expectations but exceeded them. This process went from weeks of looking to 3 hours of my morning. After finding an amazing house for us Garth kept in touch with us and helped us with the application process. Apartment locators get a bad rep a lot of times. This is not the case with A+ Apartments and Garth especially! more

Ever since I moved to Austin about 3 years ago I've used Michelle for all my apartment needs. She is beyond excellent! When I first met Michelle, it was on a scouting trip to Austin. My friend and I who were moving down had to find a place to live in about 3 days. It was suggested, through a mutual friend to use Michelle. Michelle did all the work for us, giving us options, driving us around, explaining the city, and using her expertise to find a place we were thrilled with that gave us the most bang for our buck all with little hassle and no pressure. In the 3 times I've moved since I've used Michelle each and every time...I refuse to use anyone else. When my sister moved down, she used Michelle, when friends are looking to move we suggest Michelle. She is professional, quick, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to help. All done with a smile, and friendly conversation. In every way it's like having a friend along side to make sure you make the best decision for you. If you're not using Michelle at A+ you're making a big mistake in your apartment search. more

Austin has kind of a tricky rental market and Garth from A+ was instrumental in helping us navigate that market as we moved from California to Austin. He was incredibly patient as we wavered indecisively between apartments and houses, taking my husband to look at properties multiple times and always with a cheerful attitude. He also helped us negotiate our lease with our landlord's realtor. I really don't know how we would have managed to find a rental property without Garth. I would definitely recommend Garth Budlong and A+ to anyone looking to move to the Austin area. more
