A Plus Apartment Locators 6/7/2010

When I found out that I was being relocated to Austin from Missouri I dreaded the thought of having to get a place to live. I tried a couple of places that I saw on line and when I called one of them they told me that I should get in contact with Julio or Michelle. I called Julio and he called me right back with in a couple of minutes. He took my information and told me that he would be back with me in an hour. Not only do that but he had five different places for me to look at. Needless to say I think Julio went way above and beyond to get me in the right property for me. This was the easiest move that I have ever made!!! If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend Julio and A Plus Apartment locators in Austin, TX One Happy customer Pros: very professional Cons: none more

A+ is the place to go! 6/3/2010

When I needed to move because I couldn't afford my place anymore, I went to a+ and met Steve Groteluschen, and my experiance couldn't have been better. I had very specific needs and very narrow price range and Steve was able to find me exactly what I wanted in a beautiful complex in a super convenient part of town. He puts your needs first when he's looking for your new home, and won't stop until you are a happy new tennant someplace wonderful! I will recomend Steve to all my friends who are looking for a new place because I know they will be taken care of. Given what else has been written here, it looks like a+ is a great place to go all around and has a quality group of apartment locators. Pros: Courtious, dilligent locators Cons: none, they are awesome! more

I flew into Austin for 4 days to find an apartment for my new job in Austin. I thought I had some decent places picked out and would easily find the right one once my plane landed. I soon found out that there were a lot of false ads and bait & switch tactics which, after the first 2 days, left me very frustrated and worried I wouldn't find a place at all that fit my needs. I needed help quick. ...Enter Sara and A+ Apartment Locating... I saw an ad for A+ online and sent Sara a quick email on Sunday night. The next morning she called me and had already prepared several places that met my needs. We met at the first property and she drove me around town to all the others while I weighed out my decision. She is very friendly, flexible, professional and pleasant, and she had great repor with many apts' staff members. With Sara's help I was able to find the right place for me and my particular situation and sign the papers before I had to fly out on the 4th day. I love my new apartment and I highly recommend Sara and the team at A+ Apartment Locating. Pros: quick response to client's needs Cons: none. They're great more

I've had great experiences with A+! I've met a few of the staff there: Natalie, Stephen, and Julio. Julio is the one who helped me find the apartment I'm staying in now (Cedar Park). It's bigger than my last apartment, newer than my last apartment, and CHEAPER than my last apartment! Do I really need to say more? Ok, just alittle more. Julio really looked out for my best interests. He wasn't concerned with trying to find me something more expensive or in a neighborhood I didn't want. And he didn't just give me what I asked for...he gave me more! If you're looking for an apartment, don't go through the hassle of spending hours online and on the phone. Let A+ do the leg work for you. They don't charge you a dime and it's a win-win situation: they get the credit they deserve and you get the apartment of your dreams! Tell them Barnabas sent you ;-) Pros: Great service...huge focus on desires of customer! Cons: The only con is A+ doesn't get the credit they deserve! more

Thanks Julio!!!! 4/5/2010

I was reffered to Julio after talking to a leasing agent from a property I was wanting to lease. She said a locater could help me find the right place and they would do it for free. So I called Julio around 1:00pm and gave him my request and special needs to find a place to live here in Austin. Julio asked me some general questions, what side of town, how much, number of bedrooms and the general info needed to begin a search. I had to stop him there, because I have a special need that most people don't have. He told me no problem, this is what he does and he is very good at what he does. Hmmm.... I've heard that before. He said he could meet, so I agreed to meet with him in less than 2 hours. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the locaters and Julio came right out to meet me. He already had several places to consider that would work with my special needs. Amazing!! He did however go above my budget that I gave him. Only because, it is a lot closer (1 mile) from where I requested and a much nicer property with more amendities. Let me clear the air... Over budget by less than $50, which he knew the apartments had a $500 look and lease special which would bring me under budget. Julio you are the man! Oh I'm not finished yet. The unit also comes with full size washer and dryer (free), so now I can sell mine and put a few more $$'s in my pocket. He also got them to wave the first floor fee and the view fee. He did all of this and I looked and leased before 7:00pm the same day. He called me everytime he spoke with a new property and texted me to keep me up to date on everything. I honestly didn't expect for this to happen nearly as quick as it did. Julio was definitely the right guy to help me find a comfortable place to live and call home. I move in May 1st. Thank you again Julio for all of your help! I would highly recommend Julio to anyone needing to find an apartment! HE IS very good at what he does! If You're Looking for a Place Julio's Your Man!! 4/2/2010

So, my experience with A+ in general is great, but i have to give special commendations to Julio. When my roommate and I were searching for an apartment we certainly gave Julio a challenge... and he was more that equipped to handle it. If you ask him, he'll likely remember all the "constraints" we imposed, but what impressed me most was that rather than try to "force" us into a more convenient option, he took what we gave him and he ran with it. He kept in touch with us as often as possible, gave us all options and on MORE than one occasion went to bat for us with apartment managers to get us the best offer. I had friends whom Julio was able to get set up with move-ins within a day or 2 or working with them... we took well over that amount of time, but he didn't give up and even encouraged us in our search providing counsel and the occasional joke. The result, we found the best apartment, within the budget, size and location of what we requested. Why you should work with Julio: He's patient, even-keeled and quite honestly one of the best apartment locators I've had to pleasure to work with. You really get the sense that he cares and he's totally committed to getting you the ideal place you envision. Pros: Patient, persistent and just plain good! Cons: Umm... more
