Review content:
Austin has kind of a tricky rental market and Garth from A+ was instrumental in helping us navigate that market as we moved from California to Austin. He was incredibly patient as we wavered indecisively between apartments and houses, taking my husband to look at properties multiple times and always with a cheerful attitude. He also helped us negotiate our lease with our landlord's realtor. I really don't know how we would have managed to find a rental property without Garth. I would definitely recommend Garth Budlong and A+ to anyone looking to move to the Austin area.
