They know their stuff. I work at an apartment community and A+ Locators always bring people here with the oppurtunity to lease on the spot. They're not gonna waste your time taking you places that don't match the criteria you're looking for. They do their research and they put you in the right direction. Great Experience 2/22/2010

I had the privilege of working with Sara. I didn't even consciously seek out an apartment locator, but I ran into Sara while searching on my own, and she guided me through the rest of the process. She was very attentive to what was most important to me, but, even better, she was very patient while I was try to figure out what was most important to me. Within a couple days she found me a great place. My appreciation overfloweth. more

Best welcoming present! 2/11/2010

I e-mailed Sarah about my situation weeks before we even arrived in the area, and she has been more than helpful and always attentive to what apartment we were looking for and what location would best fit our lifestyle. Believe me, I emailed a lot of apartment locators and Sarah really had the best grasp in sense of budget, location, and how the unit will accommodate us. Within an hour of contacting her, she emailed me with a list of apartment details, she always stayed in contact, and was the first to welcome us as soon as we arrived in Austin. Sarah really made our experience much easier considering me and my boyfriend have both never been to Texas and had no idea what to expect and where to look. She is very approachable, and super sweet and once we decide to move elsewhere she will definitely be the one we call! Pros: Sarah makes the effort to understand you and your needs more

The realtor makes the difference 1/25/2010

I worked with John Diaz at A+. This was the 1st time I used an apartment locating service, but I am glad I did. John was very knowledgeable about apartments in the areas I had an interest in. He was also very sensitive to my needs regarding lease terms with the various sites. He was persistent in getting the information I needed. The locator took the time to really get a good idea as to what my needs were and found a place within my price range in the area of Austin I was looking for.
