Ever since I moved to Austin about 3 years ago I've used Michelle for all my apartment needs.
She is beyond excellent!
When I first met Michelle, it was on a scouting trip to Austin. My friend and I who were moving down had to find a place to live in about 3 days. It was suggested, through a mutual friend to use Michelle.
Michelle did all the work for us, giving us options, driving us around, explaining the city, and using her expertise to find a place we were thrilled with that gave us the most bang for our buck all with little hassle and no pressure.
In the 3 times I've moved since I've used Michelle each and every time...I refuse to use anyone else. When my sister moved down, she used Michelle, when friends are looking to move we suggest Michelle.
She is professional, quick, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to help. All done with a smile, and friendly conversation. In every way it's like having a friend along side to make sure you make the best decision for you.
If you're not using Michelle at A+ you're making a big mistake in your apartment search.
