Julio is the man!!! 3/15/2010

I've always been the type of person who'd much rather do my own research on things, especially when looking for a new place to live. I soon realized that the places I really liked were way above my price range, and apt hunting was beginning to get frustrating for me. So after weeks of looking on my own, I decided to go with a locator to see if they could do better. Both my wife and I were very picky about we wanted and we knew that whoever helped us would have there work cut out. Julio, took on that challenge and went over and beyond for us. He listened to us, and found us an apt that we absolutely love!!! We send all of our friends to him when they need to find a new place... and they all feel the same as me. Julio is the man! more

We were very unfamiliar with the area and were planning a move from out of state. Before we began apartment hunting with A+, we had a lot of open ended questions about the apartment we wanted and Julio was so patient and guided us through very many options. He took all of the things that were most important to us and made every effort to find a lot of apartments to choose from that included the strengths we asked for. We were working on a deadline and he worked as hard as he could to make sure we had made a comfortable decision. It was a really great experience working with Julio (or him working hard for us) and we couldn't have been any more relieved knowing that we had made the right decision. Oh, and Julio is a great people person. He knows a lot of the apartment managers, or is great at meeting them, and always tries to get the best deal on rent. That always helps. I'd had been considering relocating in the South Austin Area for months. Since I wasn't 100% familiar with the area, I was a bit hesitant. A friend recommended A Plus and Julio Olvera. I worked with Julio at A+, He was on top of my apartment search even when i was not. He constantly had new options for me and was able to send me multiple options to my email at once. If none of those options worked he refined the search parameters and sent me new options. He was extremely helpful and polite, very friendly and easy to relate with.
