I went to a different bridal shop in Roswell before coming to A Formal Affair, and what a difference between the two! The first shop had no selection and a pushy staff. When I walked into A Formal Affair, I was excited to see the huge selection, and the woman who helped me was so friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a wedding dress. more

I was the maid of honor for my sister's wedding. She found this store and we both went for a visit there. The staff was very helpful and polite. We actually found a dress there our very first visit although we didnt get it. After a few weeks of fruitless shopping we decided to go back and get the dress. While all of the other dresses that we had been considering were all sold, luckily our favorite dress was still there. Obviously my sister bought it and she was so happy! My sister looked beautiful on her wedding day and I would recommend that brides looking for a beautiful wedding dress and great service go to A Formal Affair more

we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an employee who was very helpful and assisted us with our needs. She was very knowledgeable and ensured that she got a clear understanding of our requirement. As she said, every bride has a different need, so a mutual understanding of my friend's need was crucial. She paid so much attention to detail and ensured that my friend was comfortable as she tried on dresses that she had envisioned wearing on her wedding day. This sales person didn't pressure us in purchasing a dress so as to make a sale which astonished me as most sales people are there to sell without addressing the customer's need. more
