i want say something about they customer service is real sucks they have one receptioniste her name is nick even know she is there but the service is great i definetly recomend to anyone my issue is iam the ne who has to call for appointement wich they supposed to call they customers but they cant miss the date to take money on your count more

My first floor central HVAC system unit went out Sunday night. After I contacted 72 Degrees Monday afternoon, they had a technician out early Tuesday morning. He discovered that because the main unit under the crawl space hadn't been positioned properly years before, a lot of water from condensation had been allowed to remain in the bottom of the housing and corroded all the electrical components, not allowing the current make it through the connections. Not only was everything badly corroded, but the level of contamination (mold) was terrible!! I'm positive this had increased allergy problems with my family and also badly affected my son's asthma!! I was quoted a very fair price for a complete new system install and the installers were at my home early Wednesday morning. They were completely finished and the system was running before I got home from work. I inspected the installation under the crawl space and outside - what a fantastic, professional job!! The installation technicians had cleaned up everything before they left, and besides all new components being installed, I couldn't even tell anyone had been there! Outstanding folks to do business with and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone!!! more

I wanted to commend Tim Belcher on doing an outstanding job with our summer Ac maintenance. He did a very thorough job & I hope I don't need to see any of the 72 degrees guys till it is time for my fall/winter tune up!!!!!! more

First I would start with the fantastic greeting from Nikki Atkins. She started off on the right path to making the customer feel important and completes the team. The A/C tech Scott was awesome. First there timing was spot on and second Scott put shoe coverings on his shoes when he entered our house. The troubleshooting of the unit didn't take long and Scott took the time to explain multiple issues with our A/C and what to do to improve circulation around the A/C unit. We recommend this company to everyone who needs A/C repair. Great Job 72 degree! more

My home air conditioning system was 17 years old and was blowing out warm air. The technician from 72 Degrees performed a thorough review and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was needed to get my home air conditioner working more efficiently. Bottom line, I need an upgrade. Our Gas Pack broke down on a 90 deg. Friday afternoon. Considering we have a 5 month old little girl, fixing the A/C was our top priority. Despite being fully booked, 72 Degrees understood our situation and identified a window in their schedule. The professional technician arrived on site Saturday at 8:00 am, replaced the broken part, and had the unit up and running in 10 minutes. more

First time I found about 72 Degree service in Cary, NC was from a service van in my neighbors drive way. I asked the technician to stop by after his job and he did. The man, like me was a veteran and greeted me with a firm hand shake and a smile. That was the beginning of my experience with 72 degrees and that was more than 4 years ago. The service is affordable, I have the annual maintenance so it is a repeat charge every month spread out over the year and I get two service calls plus a discount on any necessary repairs. As with any business you meet some employees that are better than others. Those that don't make the grade dont stick around like the ones I have come to know. Dan is my friend and expert technician. I rely on his expertise, recommendations and advice. The company has never failed to respond to a reasonable request. My only complaint is it takes weeks to schedule an appointment in the busy parts of the season so you know their is a demand for the service they provide. I am a pleased customer. I called on Memorial Day weekend. Tim was there on time, and took the time to not only thoroughly address the problem, but to educate me as well. He is extremely courteous and, as a woman alone, it was wonderful to feel totally comfortable having him in my home. You couldn't possibly ask for a better or nicer serviceman. more

Someone called when the tech was on his way and also called if he was delayed or needed to change the service date. They even called after the service to make sure everything was satisfactory. I don't know HVAC, but everything was explained and suggestions made to improve our units efficiency. I will keep 72 Degrees on file for future service needs. more
