Our Gas Pack broke down on a 90 deg. Friday afternoon. Considering we have a 5 month old little girl, fixing the A/C was our top priority. Despite being fully booked, 72 Degrees understood our situation and identified a window in their schedule. The professional technician arrived on site Saturday at 8:00 am, replaced the broken part, and had the unit up and running in 10 minutes.
