Replacement of upstairs ac 5/18/2011

If I had it to do over again I would not get the programmable thermostat. I feel it is a waste of money and was over rated by the sales rep., but he was doing what he was supposed to. more

Everyone at 72 Degrees Heating & Air have been great to work with. Office staff has been courteous and helpful, technicians have been thorough and courteous, and David was great to work with when finalizing everything for the new unit. I will definately recommend your service to anyone that might be looking for repairs or a new system. I will continue to stay as a loyal customer as long as service is good and warranty is upheld. more

Very fast service 4/12/2011

I am a long haul trucker and was needing to leave for work when my air unit quit working I have a 9 month pregnant wife at home I was worried about leaving with a broken a/c unit I called 72 degrees and they were at my home in less than an hour and had problem fixed and air working in just over an hour plus did a full maintenance . Very well done more

Efficient, professional, and quality work. 4/7/2011

We are very happy with 72 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning. They installed a heating and air conditioning system and everything is working fine. They really went the extra mile for us. I was so blessed watching the way the 2 gentlemen worked so efficiently and with such a great attitude. They got the job done in a very professional way. I have been in the business world and I recognize quality work and efficiency. I found both in these 2 gentlemen. It was obvious that they went above and beyond to cover all the little odds and ends of the job. We recommend them highly and are very pleased with the work, installation, and the entire operation. Customer service from 72 Degrees was top notch 3/26/2011

I called 72 Degrees to perform a maintenance check/analysis and freon recharge on my upstairs air conditioner. First contact with the company was very pleasant with an attentive assistant (Melissa) who made sure all questions were answered and who also followed up to confirm/remind me of the appointment and also placed a call during the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was en route to my appointment. The technician (Chris) took his time, was courteous, did a thorough check of my system, and wrote a detailed summary of the work completed. Would suggest this company to anyone needing regular or emergency AC/HVAC services. more

Happy with Service 3/3/2011

We are called on a timely basis to schedule semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC units. The tech was pleasant and friendly even having some treats in his pocket for our dog. After he finished his maintenance and inspection of our units, he explained some of the concerns he saw letting us know that our older unit is showing signs of needing replacement but reassured us that it was not immediate. We have been pleased with 72 Degrees in the time that we have had them as our maintenance provider. more

GREAT Service and Dependable 2/14/2011

They quickly earned my trust after servicing an older unit for a couple of years with preventative maintenance both spring and fall. Through no pressure by them they then sold me the best and more affordable system that does more than my older unit, but yet costs me less to run. Thank you 72 Degrees Heating and Air for making a bad experience, like having a problem with a air handler and no heat,not so bad! Everytime I called the receptionist was there with a warm friendly greeting! The Service Tech that they sent out was great, he presented himself and performed our service in a professional manner. Great service and terrific followup. 2/4/2011

I had a sudden and inexplicable furnace failure overnight. 72 degrees came out the same day I called and got the system working. A new control board was ordered and replaced as soon as it arrived. Everything was checked out before Dan left. more

Dependable and quality people. 2/4/2011

72 Degrees takes care of my heating and cooling needs. I replaced my gas HVAC last December 2009 and have been satisfied with the new electric HVAC system. They told me it would lower my heating and cooling costs and by golly they were correct! I have confidence in their products and trust their technicians. more

Great company!! 1/31/2011

We first used 72 degrees 2 years ago when the heat when out the day after our wedding with a house full of people, during a snow storm. Needless to say, it was wonderful that they came out so quickly and fixed the heat in a professional, efficient manner. The following year when we needed to replace the entire heating/cooling unit, we called 72 degrees again and couldn't be happier. There were a few bumbs along the way, which is to be expected. However, they were handled promptly, and professionally. The service techs go out of their way to explain everything in detail and make sure you are completely saisfied. more
