We were in need a new furnace in a hurry. Had someone from 72 Degrees at my home the same day.Wayne spent a lot of time making sure I was purchasing the system that met our needs and gave us the best bang for the buck. No pressure sales occured. The installers were polite, quick and thorough spending time with me after the installiation to answer my questions. Very pleased with overall experience. more

We came home from a 15-day cruise to find we had no heat in our home. I call our regular service company which was backed up with calls and could not come that day which was 12-31. They recommended another company which was going to charge extra for a holiday. I called 72 degrees and everything went smoothly right from the person answering the phone. We had a technician named Dan Gregory come to the house within three hours of my call. He introduced himself, explained everything to us at the end and even put covers on his shoes when he came into our home. He was very thorough and we were totally pleased with 72 degrees. I got some extra business cards from him so we could ask for him by name and also give them to neighbors should they have the need for heating or cooling repairs. more
