Storing with iStorage Aston has been a great, easy experience. It's the first time I've ever rented a storage unit, and they made it a simple process for me. They explained everything to me, so all the terms were quite clear. My deal was a little complicated, but they made it easy. While I haven't seen the unit itself due to my complicated situation, I have seen the facility, which is well-kept, clean and well-manicured. I assume the unit is just the same. They provide great customer service. I would say you should go ahead and use them. They make the experience easy with no hassles. more

Every month, even though I set up automatic payment with iStorage Aston, there was some kind of problem with our bill. They would bill the wrong amount or say we didn't pay and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone about it. We stored there for a year. They have horrible customer service. The facility was clean, but there was no security. That was my biggest issue. There was a keypad that about two months into us being there they stopped using. So anyone could get in and get to your stuff just by cutting the lock. more

I hadn't rented a storage unit before iStorage but after using other storage units afterwards, I realized they are fantastic. The customer service is wonderful and I had 24-hour access to my things. It was clean and secure and the check in was very speedy which is unusual. Other places will have you wait a considerable amount of time to check in so they were very efficient. more

It seems as if iStorage of Aston hires people who don't follow customer service practices. An example would be that "I don't know" was the answer all the time. They sounded nervous and uncaring in every interaction. I moved to Seattle, and my brother lovingly took my things to put them in storage here. Steve was the manager at that time. He is now a regional manager. He assisted me by being flexible because I was so far away. The people who then took his place were the problem. They seemed like they were constantly wanting a break. I would ask them something and end up actually trying to guide THEM to the answer. They would even tell me that they didn't know any of the main corporate numbers. I have the right to those numbers if I am having difficulties and need to speak to someone. I had been with them for 3 years, from all the way across the country. At the end, I called them for 2 weeks, asking to get access to my things so they wouldn't be thrown out. They ended up getting rid of all of my stuff, including a box of pictures. Awful. more

So far, so good! I have had no problems with iStorage Aston. They are very efficient and seem to know what they're doing. I just had a little bit of a disappointment that one gentleman, who was there when I first came, hasn't been there when I have gone in since. I didn't feel right asking the ladies at the desk if he still worked there because I didn't want them to think I didn't like them. The ladies aren't as friendly as him, but they do their job well. It's just that friendliness means a lot. Just being friendly and smiling goes a long way and the guy that was there that first time I went was like that. I've been back to my storage since I got it a couple months ago and I noticed that they're putting things around for bugs and mice. Everything's dry and there's no bugs or anything. Everything's been great. It's very clean and they did a beautiful remodeling job too. I would definitely highly recommend them. The prices are decent. more

When I first went to IStorage Aston, their prices were the same as everyone else, but they did give me a truck for free and that saved me a whole lot of money. They told me about specials that weren't advertised which was great. They helped me out by being accommodating and giving me more time with the trucks. I've already recommended them to a few people. more

Things have been good at iStorage Aston so far. I've only been there a month, but when I went to sign up they were very courteous and saved me some money by showing me what deals they had available. I also like that I can go in there when I need to and move my equipment in and out. more

iStorage Aston was good enough that this is my third time using them. I have one unit and no problems. more

You have an advertisement online for first month's rent free - we asked about it when we called to reserve a unit and the manager on duty told us we couldn't get that promotion because there weren't enough units available. If you have an advertisement ANYWHERE online, in store, etc. and there is no end date, you should have to give that price to the customer. The manager would not give us the special. Only because we were in a bind and needed a unit and public storage didnt have the size we needed available, we stayed with istorage. If you are not going to give the customer the special you have advertised, then please take it down. (it is still up now) more

The grounds and buildings were all very nice an clean. The special I received on the unit was great. The people were very helpful and nice. more

The service at iStorage of Aston is very nice, but the corridors are dirty. They need to sweep them inside. That's the once thing I told Mary to tell her manager. The storage is good, but clean it at least once so there are fewer bugs and things. Before you give the units out, just grab a broom very quickly to make it even better! Besides that, everything and all the people are wonderful! more

I have been using iStorage Aston for a few weeks now, while I'm in the middle of a move. It's all been fine so far. The location is convenient, and the service is good. more
