It seems as if iStorage of Aston hires people who don't follow customer service practices. An example would be that "I don't know" was the answer all the time. They sounded nervous and uncaring in every interaction. I moved to Seattle, and my brother lovingly took my things to put them in storage here. Steve was the manager at that time. He is now a regional manager. He assisted me by being flexible because I was so far away. The people who then took his place were the problem. They seemed like they were constantly wanting a break. I would ask them something and end up actually trying to guide THEM to the answer. They would even tell me that they didn't know any of the main corporate numbers. I have the right to those numbers if I am having difficulties and need to speak to someone.
I had been with them for 3 years, from all the way across the country. At the end, I called them for 2 weeks, asking to get access to my things so they wouldn't be thrown out. They ended up getting rid of all of my stuff, including a box of pictures. Awful.
