So far, so good! I have had no problems with iStorage Aston. They are very efficient and seem to know what they're doing. I just had a little bit of a disappointment that one gentleman, who was there when I first came, hasn't been there when I have gone in since.
I didn't feel right asking the ladies at the desk if he still worked there because I didn't want them to think I didn't like them. The ladies aren't as friendly as him, but they do their job well. It's just that friendliness means a lot. Just being friendly and smiling goes a long way and the guy that was there that first time I went was like that.
I've been back to my storage since I got it a couple months ago and I noticed that they're putting things around for bugs and mice. Everything's dry and there's no bugs or anything. Everything's been great. It's very clean and they did a beautiful remodeling job too. I would definitely highly recommend them. The prices are decent.
