I hadn't rented a storage unit before iStorage but after using other storage units afterwards, I realized they are fantastic. The customer service is wonderful and I had 24-hour access to my things. It was clean and secure and the check in was very speedy which is unusual. Other places will have you wait a considerable amount of time to check in so they were very efficient.
