With some luck, they'll STAY CLOSED. Dropped off my PS3 in late 2012! And was shortly after stationed in Bahrain (was a military service member at the time). Told the manager my situation, and he guaranteed me that if it could not be repaired prior to my departure, my brother could come in and pick it up, provided that he had identifying information. Lo and behold, it's 2014, they REPEATEDLY refused to hand over the PS3 to my brother, and when I contacted them from HALFWAY ACROSS THE WORLD and provided multiple emails proving who I was and the product I dropped off, the employee on the phone questioned my need to have a PS3 in Bahrain and scoffed when I told him I was in the military. If you guys are going to steal my product, don't insult me for my service to my country. \r \r TL;DR, Don't go here, you will never see your product again; terrible customer service; will not hesitate to insult you; oh and god help you if your in the military, because they could give zero F's what happens to you or your product! more

STOLED MY COMPUTER..DONT EVER GO HERE! I ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER AND SET A POLICE CLAIM. THEYRE IN THE PROCESS OF INVESTIGATING THE PLACE, THESE MEN WILL GET CAUGHT FOR DONG FRAUD. MET UP WITH MANAGER DARREN AND GAVE 350 DOLLARS FOR FIX , GAVE EXCUSES SAYING IT WOULD BE MORE TO FIX THE SCREEN THEN TO WAIT 4 OR 6 DAYS N EVER CALLED BACK, NOW TURNED OFF THE PHONE. REPEAT DONT MEET UP WITH THESE GUYS DARREN OR DERRICK, BLACK LIGHT SKIN GUY WITH FRO DRIVING COMPUTER WIZ TRUCKS. WE ALREAY HAVE THEIR LICENSE PLATE AND PROF OF THEM SAYING IT WAS DONE, SO ITS FRAUD!!! DIDNT GIVE BACK COMPUTER OR MONEY , HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM IN TWO WEEKS. Edit 7/19/2013: Just received a call from Eric explaining the situation to me in detail. The part they ordered from sony in Japan arrived and it was the incorrect part. they are offering toship the machine to my new residence in Nashville for the inconvenience. Will update again once I receive the system. Thank you for the call Eric\r _______________________________________________\r \r Took in my Playstation because a repair guy from craiglist told me my power supply was bad. Eric replaced it right there quickly, and told me that wasn't the issue and that I would have to pay for them to diagnose it. They called me a few days later to tell me it was my GPU that was messed up and that they would have it fixed in 2 days. 4 days later I call to follow up and the guy told me ""tomorrow"". Tomorrow never came. It's been a month with me calling every few days after they say ""tomorrow"" with no resolution. Finally a different person answered the phone and he told me my part will arrive next week and it'll be fixed by next wednesday.\r \r Eric was nice, but gave me attitude over the phone telling me, ""It should be done by tomorrow but let me call YOU."" If 3 days pass, and you say ""tomorrow"" what are we supposed to do? Stop beating around the bush and just say the truth; that you had to order the part and it's going to take up to a month. more

The service and the respect I recieved was wonderful im a little on the igorant side when it comes to computers I always let the pros handle the hard stuff just like if I went to a doctors office. My laptop I recieved back today works wonderful no complaints at all everything went according to my request. They put the virus protection in and installed the office word program. I've been a customer for 2 or 3 years now I always bring them my kids laptops or their game systems, their iphones that my kids always drop. I am not a rich guy and my buget is really limited and they work with everyone on the price I promise you , you'll never find a company so understanding towards their customers. Super duper great service had them fix my ps3 they promised they could have it ready in 1 hour and they had it ready in 30 minutes. The place was great and they did a really good job. more

I guess like every company they have there ups and downs, zcomputerwiz is a good company to do business with I brought them my ipad tablet to get the screen fixed they had it ready in 15 mins. One tip the company should work on is stocking more of these tablet parts because the one they had for me was there last one and a customer came in after me needing one well other than that they did a fine job. more

Do not come here under any circumstances. Their incompetence is only matched by their lack of integrity. Supposed to take 30 minutes, took 3 days....lied about how long it would take...lied about where he had to get the part...lied about his credit card machine being broken....would not refund money in spite of broken promises. Handed back an iphone to us in 20 pieces. They then lied after 3 days that their credit card machine was broken (and yes we saw him unplug it). We had to call the police to get the phone back because they would not give it to us. The police said they are called here all the time. Repeat...do not come here....ever. Darren, the Manager is probably one of the most loathsome people you will ever meet...beware. The one gratifying moment was when a customer walked out and said he would soon lose the $20 he paid for the ""diagnosis"" then have these incompetant fools fix his ipod! It is a matter of time before these people disappear...i feel bad for those who hand their electronics there the day that happens! I have texts with Darrens lies that I am happy to share with anyone including one that says ""i swear on my life that your iphone will be ready by 12"". Well it wasn't. I had my laptop fixed for the fbi virus called them before coming in they gave me an estimate of 45 dollars they had it ready in 1 hour the service was good I thought I was taking chance using them by the negative reviews but the people that work their keep their word and try there best more

I will never conduct business with this organization ever again. I took my Xbox in April to be fixed and I told the person not to do any repairs until they called me to let me know what is wrong with the Xbox. Well they went and repaired it anyways and called me to let me know it was fixed. Then two weeks later the same issue occurred. Took the Xbox back again and bam almost 2 months later I get my Xbox. Bring it home and I could not believe I was charged again for warranty work and the original issue with my Xbox is occurring. Do not waste your time with this organization. In the future when someone breaks I will go out and buy a new one, I am not dealing with anymore mom and pops stores to try to fix something they do and will not do properly. more

called them to see if they had a laser in stock for a Nintendo U they were the only company to carry it , stores nice they have a fish tank lol and a ton of parts for everything you can imagine. The best thing I like is that everything is in order by system more

Their store closes at 6 but I told the store manager that I couldn't make it to pick up my xbox he was nice enough to offer to drop it off to my house in Miami beach. If you ask nice enough they will do anything for you. Really nice people more

Worst service in the world. My laptop came back in worse shape than when I had given it to them for service. Loose screws, scratches and random restarts. They say they are not responsible, but its very hard to believe a manager who looks like he's hooked on heroine. \r \r It took them weeks to try and fix a simple problem.\r \r They are thieves and liars. They do not live up to their name. I think all these good reviews are fake. more

I agree Darren A! I would never go there again. zcomputer wiz are not what they say they are. They said they could fix my Xbox....Instead they stole pieces from inside my Xbox and returned it to me destroyed. Nothing is screwed in, and you can hear loose pieces inside. I honestly don't think they should be near anyone's electronics.They are as shady as they look, so be very careful you don't fall in the same mess i did.I am also reporting them to BBB and opening up a claim against their business too. The inside was disgusting and the guy behind the counter looked like a crack head so shame on me for paying attention to the obvious signs. I should have never given them Xbox :( more

If I could go back in time I would have never walked in that place. I was better off somewhere else. Or simply buying a used PS3. He barely uses periods at all in any of these reviews. If he does, its plagued by constant runoffs and the same writing style. It doesn't take an genius to notice this.\r \r 2) This computer shop is in the hood. There are no little ""european girls"" (check out Julie M's review, she looks 18 but claims to have a son!) or cute little ""old white ladies""(Rosha B.) as shown in these fake profiles. \r How come all these profile pictures look professionally taken? This is another giveaway.\r \r 3)All of these ""good"" reviewers just joined and have 1 review only!\r \r 4) Roger P.'s review claims there is a cafe! He claims he ate a chicken burger! What the hell??? There is no cafe! There are no chicken burgers!\r \r 5)How come all these so called ""good reviews"" claim that their items were serviced the same day, whereas the real reviews reveal this company's true colors; a complete opposite.\r \r 6. I'm not the only one extremely dissatisfied with this company. All the other real reviews cry out that this company writes their own fake reviews! Its not just me!\r \r 7.
