With some luck, they'll STAY CLOSED. Dropped off my PS3 in late 2012! And was shortly after stationed in Bahrain (was a military service member at the time). Told the manager my situation, and he guaranteed me that if it could not be repaired prior to my departure, my brother could come in and pick it up, provided that he had identifying information. Lo and behold, it's 2014, they REPEATEDLY refused to hand over the PS3 to my brother, and when I contacted them from HALFWAY ACROSS THE WORLD and provided multiple emails proving who I was and the product I dropped off, the employee on the phone questioned my need to have a PS3 in Bahrain and scoffed when I told him I was in the military. If you guys are going to steal my product, don't insult me for my service to my country. \r

TL;DR, Don't go here, you will never see your product again; terrible customer service; will not hesitate to insult you; oh and god help you if your in the military, because they could give zero F's what happens to you or your product!
