The service and the respect I recieved was wonderful im a little on the igorant side when it comes to computers I always let the pros handle the hard stuff just like if I went to a doctors office. My laptop I recieved back today works wonderful no complaints at all everything went according to my request. They put the virus protection in and installed the office word program. I've been a customer for 2 or 3 years now I always bring them my kids laptops or their game systems, their iphones that my kids always drop. I am not a rich guy and my buget is really limited and they work with everyone on the price I promise you , you'll never find a company so understanding towards their customers. By the why im sorry to hear about the death of one of your really good techs ""no names"" but he was a real good guy RIP, miami has crazy drivers stay focused.\r
