My son was bugging me to take him to computer whiz to have is laptop upgraded to windows 8 they installed more giga memory the turnaround about exceptional they called me in 40 mins telling me it was ready I highly recommend computer whiz some of comments I read are hard to believe because I received good service more

Customer service there has improved a lot took my laptop to get the keyboard fixed they always charge me fair and the new pwoplw they working now are helpful and won't let you leave until all the questions have been answered they are back to the company I use to know back in the days, always a pleasure doing business with you all . I tried the chicken burger while waiting for my computer to be done it was wonderful, the line for the café was long but well worth it the store has lots of changes since I was last there back in 08 when they first opened but the experience hasn't changed they always do a good job with anything they fixed for me. more

My dog chewed the cord and I called them to see if they had the charger they did and I drove to the store and it was an pleasure to see store like this still are around, I bought the charger and I was able to beat the price down to $25 so if you are looking for a company that work with there customers then give them a try more

they fixed my ps3 the same day the service was good the prices are ok the store is really busy but they take care of everyone that I can say . I would recommend them to anyone more

Before I begin my review, I just wanted to say that many of these positive reviews are FAKE and are written by these guys themselves.\r \r THIS COMPUTER STORE IS FULL OF CON-ARTISTS. \r Like the other reviewers have said, the manager looks like a drug addict, is rude and will talk himself out of doing anything for you. They overcharge and throw on unnecessary replacements that you have to pay for. They will let your computer sit FOR MONTHS before repairing it. \r POLICE have even arrived because of these idiots not doing a good job.\r \r I definitely do not recommend.\r more

I've never been to a store like this where everyone knows what their talking about an willing to help you, my story begins as I walked into the store I was greeted by a front person and asked them if they repaired toshiba laptops they told they could! It has a broken screen and im not looking to spend more than $ 60 dollars . Thy told me they had to check it out since it was not going into windows as well. I left the computer but decided to wait for it since I didn't have anything better to do. I'm retired, while waiting they allowed me to use there internet cafe located in the companies customer area. It took them a little more than 30 mins to explain to me the price and the problems with the computer. The price they charged me seemed to be ok so I gave them permission to start working on it. Within an hour they came out and told me the laptop was ready they had the part in stock and needed me to pick it up I paid them with my debit card and I was out of the store. In total the repair including est time along with repair time took 1 1/2 hrs. Not bad they claim to do same day service so I guess they are on the the ball when it came to that. The service at z computer wiz was good the people that work there are friendly and willing to help you with anything your having troubles with. Thanks you guys I will be sending my brother there you people are the best more

zcomputerwiz is to me the best comapny out there they keep there word and that all I need. I had them check out my ps3 it had the ylod I gave it to them to repair it they told me to wait 15 to 20 mins to get the price once they had the price for me I told them to fix it and wow they kept their promise. I dont care what anyone says about this place the service it good I normally don't write reviews but they deserve it. If you are thinking about repairing anything you should defiantly give them a try. Nice crew very caring and the one thing I love about computer wiz is that they work with you when it comes down to the price. Great place to do business more

The guy terry is not a customer of ours, we would never charge $50 to check an item that is ridiculously that someone could write that. All work comes with a 30 day warranty, and if you do keep our warranty sticker on for the lifetime of the system lets say 2-3 years down the road the most you'll be for any repair is $35.00 we take care of our customers, every customer of ours is our family. more

I went to zcomputerwiz because my laptop wouldn't turn on they called me to tell me that the motherboard had fried they gave me a good price they had it ready the same day picked it up a couple days later and everything was perfect more

This company Z COMPUTER WIZ is a total rip off and a scam I purchased a computer from these people and it needed a screen i waited 2 weeks to get it fixed once i received it it had so many problems and gave me nothing but excuses. And they only take cash so that way you cant get your money back. What ever you do stay away from this place and the employees there all look like there on drugs. Check google and bbb and you will see for yourself that this company is a Total RIP OFF.. more

i feel that the company has a good heart and does have good service but I really think they need to work on the way they inform people. They fixed my macbook the same day because they had the screen in stock but I didn't have the money for atleast from 2 weeks from then, these people called me everyday to tell me it was ready (part of your job yeah but s&^t man. Long story short I asked to speak to the manager and he noted in the system not to call . and Yep thats it overall good service, but the calling I think they finally stop it more

Overall the staff there tried there hardest to have my item ready the same day but they had it ready 1 hour before they closed. I told them I needed it today but I guess today in there books is 1 hour before they close. Friendly Service could be a little faster, same day should be 1 hour and ready. more

they did a good job with my iphone I waited for it they had to back to me in a alright amount of time.Now about the store it is neatly organized everything looks in place its well maintained the floors and the counters look time to be well maintained the store has a nice look to it the prices are fairly cheap if I was a computer wiz Id probably buy get my parts there. Well here my review for z computer wiz anyone looking for good service and pretty fast service give them a try more

my friend referred me to computer wiz in north miami beach my son dropped my macbook I didn't think their was hop for it but I said let me give these guys a shot i had them look at it they said it wouldn't be too much they called me with the price I gave them the ok they had to order out the piece today i picked it up and I must say they did a fine job my laptop looked brand new again I paid them and left. I am really happy with the service I highly recommend more

I had them fix my sons xbox they charged me $40 dollars which is pretty reasonable . Overall the store is very nice it well organized clean and well stocked they seem to carry a lot of parts for computers anyways thats my tip more

Horrible overall service. Went to take my PS3 in for repairs, they charged me almost $100 up front and after a month they did nothing and refused to refund my money. Stay away from this business. more

this is by far the worse place ever. they are giving them self fake ratings. i took my xbox for repairs, they called me that same day to tell me it was ready. when i got home it did not work, i took it back and its been there for over a month. they just wanted my money 1st and once they got it they dint care anymore. i would never go back to this place ever again. more
