I called this morning to find out what time my appointment window would be. The said 9-11am. Well, 12:30 rolls around, and nothing. No phone call, again nada. I own a couple of businesses which rely on customer service and I understand the value of our clients time. Apparently Zagic does not. I leave at 12:45 to give an estimate that I was running late for because of Zagic. Return at 2:30 to see a message from them stating that they were there at 2:15. Only 4hrs late! I call back, Brian apologizes and says he will contact his guy to see where he is at and will call me back in 10 minutes. One hour and thirty minutes later I call to see what is going on. Brian then says that i didn't speak to him, that it was someone else. Wow, the blame game! What a way to not own up and take responsibility for your actions! He then apologizes and says I can have a guy there in 15 min. I agree. He then calls me 35 minutes later to say that one of his guys finished early and will be there 20 minutes. Finally said no thank you. What a waste of my entire day. Thanks for showing me your true colors about the importance of customer service. I highly DO NOT recommend this company!
