I went into the store to get a silverware basket for my dishwasher. The store attendant handed me one that matched perfectly. I asked how much -- "No charge" was his reply.
I thanked him and went on my way.
The store has windows all around so the lighting is great to look at appliances.
They have been in the neighborhood a long time.
