I had a repairman in to fix a Thermador oven. The heating element on top oven was not working after I had tried using the self cleaning cycle. He was here for over an hour trying to figure out the problem. He fixed it (an override switch when the oven overheats, turns off the heating elements), he said that it was his error not figuring out sooner, because he misread line diagram for one part. He only charged me their minimum rate. I was really surprised and was really happy I had used them. I am glad they are starting to repair other makes (Thermador and DACOR, Bosch) as I have had to use others in the area for those and have felt ripped off and my DACOR cooktop has never been the same. Repairman very nice, kept neat workspace and was on time.
