Good Brazilian 10/1/2011

I had a new person this time who did my Brazilian wax. She was thorough, although a little slow (e.g. had to go over spots again). I like Z Salon a lot though. I like their new text alerts and the fact that it is no tip policy. more

Waxing Experience 10/1/2011

The woman who waxed me, was kind, gentle, and very much put me at ease. I was so thankful to have gotten her. She was helpful, answering any questions I had, and offered me refreshments twice. I would definatly recommend Zsalon and spa to my family and friends. I love the atmosphere, and all the associates I spoke with were very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Love my color and cut!!! Lindsay did exactly what I asked on color. Rachel is so sweet and knows exactly how I like my hair cut. If they ever leave, I'm in trouble!! :) more

I have been going to Z for color for years. Autumn is very professional and very good with color. I will contunue going to Z salon as long as Autumn is working there. I also love the Aveda products. more

I usually have an excellent experience and recommend Z Salon to everyone that I talk to about hair or spas. Today, however, I left feeling a little jipped. I really look forward to all the extras included with my color and cut appointments: a neck massage, hand massage, hot towel after a shampoo. Today I missed out on the hand massage and hot towel and the prices for services went up tremendously. I paid an additional $30.00 for the same services I received 2 months ago and my hair did not get styled. I will have to pass along this information, because I am always very honest with my friends and co-workers about my experiences at salons. I just may have to try the Z on Bardstown Road to see if they still put customer satisfaction first. more
