Facial at Z Salom 9/23/2011

I made my appointment with Alla. Not only did i receive a facial. But i told her it was because of stress that my skin was looking like it was. She then proceeded to provide a hand and foot massage as well as the facial. Everything that was done was suited to my individual needs. I love going here and will continue going here. THe place is very clean and the people there are very nice. I also really love the apples and water that is provided. Not to mention the sauna and lounge area. The products there smell great and are naturally made products. more

I spent years looking for a salon that would give me a really good hair cut, but no luck. I ended up just doing my own. And I never considered having professional coloring done. Z Spa changed all that. I count on Tamika to style my hair and Autumn to provide just the right color. I love the service and the people. more

It's always a pleasant experience. My only imput would be about being on time and late. When I'm late I can lose my appointment, but when you are late, it seems OK. You should have something for the guest when yopu're late. $5.oo off the service. more

I'll never go anywhere else and only use Aveda products. Z Salon & Spa is the BEST and represent the BEST! I know after a busy day at work I can get my hair done and relax with my artists (Lindsay & Lauren). Thank you Z for your personal pride and excellent customer service, it hard to find! more

Great Visit! 9/22/2011

As always, I was totally satisfied. My regualr hairdresser was out with a sick child and I was allowed the opportunity to see Kristy (?). She was wonderful, thorough, and very helpful with instructions on how to care for my new style. Love my new "Do"! Great spa day 9/22/2011

I had the pleasure of having a facial and a massage today. It was absolutely wonderful. I have a pedicare scheduled on 10/11/2011 and would like to have a facial again. However, I was told that the lady who did my facial today could not coordinate with the pedicare on the 11th. I'm so sorry to hear that. I had gift certificates today but enjoyed the facial so much that I'm willing to pay for another!!!! It was just wonderful. Could perhaps you can find a date where I can have my pedicare and facial sometime within the next couples of weeks!! It was that enjoyable!!! more

Tina is phenomenal. She is the only one who knows how to cut my hair and since I have found her I refuse to go to anyone else. I always feel great coming out of the salon. Everyone is so nice, professional and the ladies are so stylish too! I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience. more

Just wanted to take the opportunity to express how much I enjoyed my first haircut with Whitney at Shelbyville road. My last cut with Taylor was not up to my expectations and Whitney was able to get my hair back to "shape". She worked quickly and profesionally and I have rebooked with her again! more

Relaxing Experience 9/21/2011

I had a great hair cut and overall experience at Z Salon. It started with a hand and scalp massage, which were unexpected and a nice touch. I also really felt like my stylist listened and understood the look I was going for. He also offered his opinions, which was what I wanted. The cut came out great! more

I have been a Z Salon client for almost 20 years. Every once in a while I will try another salon for hair-cuts and waxing - I always go back to Z's. Don't even know why I would try anywhere else. more

60 Minute Swedish Massage 9/19/2011

This is one of the best massage experiences I have had in a long time. Cindy was my massage therapist. She started off with a foot scrub while I waited. Then took me back and I chose my own aromatherapy. Afterwards, she gave me great advice on how to work out my tension areas. I felt like Royalty. The spa was nice and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. more
