I usually have an excellent experience and recommend Z Salon to everyone that I talk to about hair or spas. Today, however, I left feeling a little jipped. I really look forward to all the extras included with my color and cut appointments: a neck massage, hand massage, hot towel after a shampoo. Today I missed out on the hand massage and hot towel and the prices for services went up tremendously. I paid an additional $30.00 for the same services I received 2 months ago and my hair did not get styled. I will have to pass along this information, because I am always very honest with my friends and co-workers about my experiences at salons. I just may have to try the Z on Bardstown Road to see if they still put customer satisfaction first.
