You have to call them... I have to admit our house was a mess and my roommates and I decided on a cleaning service to help us out. I had papers and junk lying everywhere and with my 60hr work-week it would have taken me months to straighten my place out. I lost a money clip of several hundred dollars a while back and the cleaners found it & left it on my desk for me to see. Yolanda's Maid & Maintenance showed up an hour and a half LATE to a scheduled 8 am move out cleaning. They charged $150/hour for two ladies and they were incredibly slow. On top of this their vacuum broke about an hour into it and could not do 3/4s of the apartment. It still took them four hours. Will not ever use again and would NEVER recommend to a friend. Our house is on the market to be sold. I needed a deep cleaning from cleaning service that was reasonable, but very thorough. I called Brian with the request that they come out right away. They made it happen and I used them for bi-weekly cleanings ever since. I have used about 5 different cleaning services over the years. The others were overpriced, and not at all thorough. They do everything they promise and my house has never looked better. Most cleaning services will only clean to eye-level and that's it. They included a lot of things that the others do not, without charging extra. My favorite part is that the wood floors look like they are brand new -- something no other cleaning service has been able to do. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. We used Yolandas Maid Service for the first time after moving into our new place. They worked with us patiently as we described exactly what we needed done. The cleaners were so friendly and cheerful and and hard worders. We've used other cleaners in the past and have never been this satisfied. By the looks of it their cleaning staff get paid well. i have tried many services and have walked into my ""clean"" home very disappointed. I rather pay a little more and get the job done right the first time around. These people made my place sparkled! they found toys long gone under the beds and removed layers of grim for places i don't have time to maintain--fantastic and hardworking! Brian and his team were professional and clearly dedicated to high quality service. My place was dirty & dusty since it was empty for a while now. Though the job itself took longer than i thought almost nine house and some details the following day, i couldn't last that long but boy i'm glad the job was completed before i move in next week. The cleaning itself is great, and they follow up to make sure we're satisfied. The cleaners always remember our little requests to customize our cleaning. Highly recommended. I have used several cleaning services in the ten years that I have been in the marina area, and have never been as impressed wth the service I received today. My house was in pretty bad shape, it was filthy and cluttered. I would have taken me weeks to clean it. It was very busy week and trying to move-in before the Thanksgiving holiday I had 2 days to clean my newly remodeled home. So after reading the reviews I called Yolandas Maid & they cleaned my home from top to bottom just after having new carpeting and hardwood flooring installed. As a first time customer and I was really surprised at how good my overall experience was with this company. I just moved into a new apartment and had a real mess left behind from the previous tenants. I called Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning service for their ""move in cleaning special"". I paid a little more to have them steam clean my carpets with a machine which was so worth it because I am asthmatic and can't be around harsh chemicals. The 2 people who came were very nice and went beyond what the job called for. The old tenants had left behind a broken dresser, dishes and various other items which the cleaning crew took out with them. My apartment was cleaned very well and didn't have that musty odor it previously had. The end result of the cleaning was really amazing and I could not have been happier with the job. My mother is most of the time confined to a wheel chair and needs assistance feeding her and especially cleaning after her. I?ve been putting off having my mother?s place clean. Months became into years and years into more years. By then the house had become trashed and contaminated with crawling critters and they were everywhere in the kitchen drawer and cupboards, inside the refrigerator, toaster in her bed, the couch where she sits & eats all the time. I thought to myself if the house doesn?t scare them away the stench will but no the maids proceeded to clean away like it was no big deal for them. They washed out my refrigerator and remove years of dust/roach-eggs, dirt from all surfaces. They sweep, mop and remove all soapscum from bathtub walls, doors and basins. They clean the kitchen sink and remove all stains from it. They clean all spots off of the bathroom mirrors. & remove all sticky residue crawling critters leave behind from the bathroom floors and counters. They steam clean my carpets and did an awesome deep clean on the house. When I walk in the house didn?t have that awful stench anymore. It cost me a couple of Grands but Boy they saved my sanity and the house I grew up in. so felt so bad for the cleaning crew that had to endure such filthy conditions that I tip them each $100 each. So we called for a move-out cleaning service for a small 1-bedroom apartment. The place was not in very bad condition to start with, I simply didnt have time to scrub down the kitchen and bathroom so I thought I could call this service to help out. I made it VERY clear that we had no interest in paying any more than $300 for the service, as I knew from speaking with my landlord that there was no way more than that would be witheld from our deposit based on this cleaning. \r \r After the cleaning was done, My wife gave them a credit card, they said that even though they had gone a bit over the amount of time we had specifically asked for, that it was ok and they would only charge the $300 we agreed upon. They did not give my wife a receipt, and then a few weeks later I see on my credit card statement they decided to charge $500!!! I called a number of times only to get an answering machine and then spoke with someone 2 times who told me he would look into it and never got a call back. I feel totally screwed over by these people and can not warn you enough to STAY AWAY!
