So we called for a move-out cleaning service for a small 1-bedroom apartment. The place was not in very bad condition to start with, I simply didnt have time to scrub down the kitchen and bathroom so I thought I could call this service to help out. I made it VERY clear that we had no interest in paying any more than $300 for the service, as I knew from speaking with my landlord that there was no way more than that would be witheld from our deposit based on this cleaning. \r

After the cleaning was done, My wife gave them a credit card, they said that even though they had gone a bit over the amount of time we had specifically asked for, that it was ok and they would only charge the $300 we agreed upon. They did not give my wife a receipt, and then a few weeks later I see on my credit card statement they decided to charge $500!!! I called a number of times only to get an answering machine and then spoke with someone 2 times who told me he would look into it and never got a call back. I feel totally screwed over by these people and can not warn you enough to STAY AWAY! Over charging, or working more hours than asked is one thing, but actually lying and telling us it costs one price and then taking advantage of not providing a receipt to charge more later is just wrong!. \r

I have never had such a terrible experience with a cleaning service in my life. \r

Cons: Stealing money by not giving receipt and overcharging, Don't work the amt of time asked, dont return phone calls about problems
