I only have good things to say about this company. My mother has been ill for a long time and is now confined to a wheelchair, they have been so supportive and the crew that visits is just wonderful. As my mother can drop many things now the house can get quite messy but the 2 hours we pay for is used most effectively and the house is always spotless. When my mother went into hospital for a month the company was so helpful and froze the payments until she was well enough to return home, this was a huge weight of my mind during that worrying time. Once the cleaner called me the morning she was due to visit because her child was ill but these things happen and she made up the hours later that week. It is so good that with the reference checks that the company implements, the cleaners can have a key to get in as my mother is sometimes still in bed and they make sure she is not disturbed. All I can give them is ten out of ten, the help and compassion they have shown me is outstanding. ... more

This company has been very helpful to me. My regular cleaner has been excellent and like family to us. They were able to organized a replacement for me when my regular person was out do to the Memorial holiday and if I need to give any special requests they have always been great. The company is always polite and prompt in returning my calls which I enjoy. A very personable service... more

it was a holiday weekend and most cleaning service were close but not Yolandas' Maid. they send some one to cover for my regular person. Martha is wonderful, one of the best cleaners I have ever had! The temporary holiday cover cleaners are not as good as the regular ones, but I definitely recommend the service. \r Pros: they never take holidays or vacations more

I found Yolandas Cleaners through my lifestyle management company. They come to me every friday and are very friendly so I recommended them at work to a couple of my colleagues who also seem happy. My cleaning crew is very reliable and does a thorough job so I am happy.... more

Yolanda?s team came in and did a superb job cleaning 6 years of dust and grime at my grand mothers place. The quality of the work done was second to none. And, they were very understanding about how we needed to clear out the dust because of my son's allergies and certain areas of the house my folks didn't want cleaned. The bathrooms and kitchen was spotless and the bookshelves, pictures, windows, doors were very thoroughly cleared of dust.. The staff is curtiouse, friendly and a stack of fun. This is part of my A list but to make them yours you must call them first you won't regreat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended. more

Good customer service, great people, cleaning was ok but.... 8/20/2008

I would like to give credit where credit is due: after all they did a nice job cleaning my very messy loft. I was hard to deal with at times since i'm very picky and detailed but the staff remained friendly and professional. the only thing i was not happy with was that they didn't clean the inside of my refrigerator and throw out any spoil food. I called customer service to express my dissatisfaction and they said they were going to send someone out the next day to to clean out my refrigerator. Overall the cleaning was ok but i give them credit on their professionalism and attitude. Pros: nice staff with positive attitudes more

I was in the market for a new home to raise my family. I found this place up in the Topanga hills and thought I found my dream home until I look inside and I was almost sick to my stomach. The house needed a good cleaning since it has been empty for a while. The cabinets in the kitchen were filthy and had sticky stuff all over it. There were spider webs everywhere I look, and hardwood floors were unspeakably filthy. The whole place just had a layer of dust everywhere, and on and on... I interviewed three companies and hire Yolanda's maid and maintenance because of the additional services they offer besides just general cleaning. They arrived well-equip, great attitude, professional and knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. They had some sort of commercial machine that prayed solution on my floors and cleans it all up. My floors were dry and sparkling clean also like new. They even managed to remove some paint splatters on the hardwood floors. They did a nice job. I like them so much that I had them come back to help me unpack my Kitchen and organize my closets. They Saved Me from getting kick out of my apartment. 7/12/2008

My apartment was thrashed. I never felt so embarrassed and ashamed until the inspection people came and deem my apartment uninhabitable. I had 3 days left to clean up the mess and clutter or get evicted. So after looking at the reviews from Yolanda?s maid service I desperately called them and the cleaning crew was there within a couple of hours. I though they were going to take days to clean the place but they were there by noon and by 10 pm I had a habitable apartment once again yeah!!! The maids were quick, thorough and efficient. I will definately be using these guys again and recommend them to others. Pros: They were there for me in the nick of time. more

I badly needed a heavy duty cleaning for my newly remodel 3000 square feet house. There was a mess from all the work and construction being done to it. So after reseaching some companies that specializes in construction cleaning I found Yolandas' maid and maintance and boy they were absolutely incredible. They came prepared with a cleaning crew and brought with them ladders, heavy duty shop vac for the mountain of dust and debris in my house. They knew how to clean my stainless steel appliances, my wood finished furnture, and on and on. I have never gone to this extreme to recommend a company but with so many shady companies out there, you really have to do your homework. They did an incredible job at cleaning my extremely messy house. Pros: They can handle tough jobs more

Reasonable rates, excellent work all accomplished in a timely manner. I don't like people in my house all day long. They do a great job at an incredible price on your weekly cleaning needs. Great Company and customer service. I have been getting my home cleaned now since 2007 . They have always done everything to make my home clean, look and smell its best. I also love the fact that they are consistant in there cleaning. I also have them clean the office that I work at, so again I know I am paying for good services. I had some issues in the past but they are understanding and easy to work things out. They are not the cheapest nor the expensive but you wont be disappointed on there quality of service. Great Experience and Cleaning Company 5/26/2008

I first called this other cleaning service to clean my 4000 sqft home in the hills of Sunset Plaza Dr. because their prices was very low. However, when the cleaners arrive they appeared to have no clue as to where to begin and what chemicals to use for my stainless steal appliance and my expensive Mahogany wood furniture and my marble floors. I was not about to risk ruining my furniture to inexperience cleaners, so i ask them nicely to leave. So after researching some websites I called Yolandas Maid Service & maintenance. I didnt have to explain to them how to clean they got straight to work with the right tools and cleaning products. They were concerned with doing the best job possible and it showed in there work as well. My house look great after they left. They cost more than the other company i called but worth it. I would recommed this company to anyone wanting the job done right the first time. Pros: highly trained cleaners Cons: they are worth the cost more

After putting it off for a while, I did my research and felt confident I had made the right choice using Yolandas cleaning service. They cleaned my house and carpets at the same time. The stains came completely out of my carpets. When the crew came to my home they were extremely professional and the quality of service was fantastic. I really didn't think my carpets were that dirty until they cleaned them. I am glad my husband decided to do the package special. I would highly recommend Yolandas Maid and Carpet Cleaning Service to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. Thanks!!! more

Highly skilled cleaners. Great company & affordable 5/4/2008

So normally I wouldn't write a review for these purposes after my horrible heart wrenching experience with the last cleaning company i used. But after calling Yolandas maid/carpet service they are number #1 in my book and for a good reason. The other service did a poor job on cleaning my place and many areas weren't clean or missed completely. They had no idea how to reinstall my window screen and left extremely visible stains where I had my carpet cleaned. You could clearly see the line where is was cleaned and I literally thought there was no way to restore it to the original look, let alone get rid of the damage. This company not only fixed all the trouble the other company caused, they did it for cheaper and the screens finally sat correctly. PROFESSIONALISM COUNTS! I am a happy client of Yolandas Maids & maintenance cleaning. I have used Merry Maids, but I was sick of different people showing up each week to clean my home. Yolandas Maids are competitive, they always send out the same teams and I can change what I need done each trip. They girls work hard and do a good job and i don' have to repeat the same instructions everytime a different crew cleans so I Highly recommended this service for that. i was very impressed with the service and take charge attitude of the cleaning crew. it felt like i was being taken care of and confident that they can finished the job without me being present. Well-prepared and excellent cleaning company 4/27/2008

We had finished construction remodeling on our clients 5000 sqft three level house in the Mulholland Estates. they had to clean heavy construction debris, dust and other materials from every area of the house bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms, walls cielings, windows in and out even the ones on the 2nd & 3rd floors. A great under taking by any standard. Yolanda's maid & maintenace came prepared with cleaning supplies and run ladders. they were well manage by a crew leader and they were organize on their cleaning methods. It took them 2 days to complete the project and they did a pretty thorough job.. Very impressed and would highly recommend this cleaning service to any constractor. more

great service with a smile 4/24/2008

I had a vacant unit that really needed a deep detail cleaning and carpet shapoo not just a basic maid service. I need walls wash, windows, screens, baseboards, cobwebs, kitchen, bathroom need a some serious attention. So after reading some positive reviews i though i give these guys a try. I needed a crew that was going to take as long as it takes to clean the unit and not leave at 5pm. They arrive with all of their equipment and ready to work. They finished pretty late in the evening and the place look and smelled better than before. these guys run a serious business and do fool around. I recommend them for any tough job. Pros: They can work beyond normal working hours if needed Cons: they don't play around more
