I could not wait for them to come because I've been hearing such good things from my neighbors. I'm a single father with two young girls so things can get a little messy. I have been using their services weekly for months and I still get excited when I see them pull up to my home. Good workers and sweet people. more

Yolandas cleaning service did a wonderful job cleaning my property before I could rent it again. The smell in the air was wonderful from the products they use. I usually would have to call the cleaning company back to clean something that they missed but this was not the case with them. I don't mind paying extra for a JOB WELL DONE. I will continue to use them on my future projects. more

I don't know if they are stuffing the ratings box, or if people are just being duped, but Yolanda's is absolutely terrible. After searching several cleaning companies, I called Yolanda's mainly due to their stellar reviews on CitySearch. I was calling last minute for an appointment the next day and was thrilled that they could fit me in for a 3pm appointment. As this was my first time using Yolanda's, I blocked out plenty of time and was planning to have them really give the place a once over. My place isn't filthy by any means, but it's always nice to have it cleaned professionally once in a while. Well, 3pm rolls around, no sign of Yolanda's. At 3:20pm, I receive a call telling me they are going to be late. Well, I already knew this because at 3:20, you are already, in fact, LATE. She tells me that traffic is bad and they will be to me in 20 or 25 minutes. If you are calling me at 3:20p to tell me traffic is bad, did you just get on the freeway? We live in LOS ANGELES. Traffic is ALWAYS bad, and those of us that know how to budget for time account for that. 4pm, nothing. 4:10p, nothing. I finally call page the office and receive a call back from someone telling me the cleaning crew is at the security gate and will be right up. Tick tick tick, 4:25p, still no crew. I call the guy back and tell him they aren't here and that it doesn't take 15 minutes to get to my place from the security gate. He tells me he's going to call and find out where they are. 10 minutes later, the cleaning crew calls to tell me they are ""here"", even though they are not at my door. I ask where they are, they say they are inside the building. Given that she is speaking terribly broken English, I cannot understand what she is trying to tell me. I finally am able to figure out that they are in the lobby of the building and they didn't have the unit number. How they not have the unit number?? They are currently cleaning as I write this, so there's no actual review of their cleaning, but no matter how good they may do, I will never ever use this service again. For a company to charge 2x or 3x the rate that others are charging ($120 an hour? REALLY??), they really have no concept of how to do basic customer service. CitySearch makes me put in a star rating, but I am really giving them ZERO STARS. more

This was my first time using Yolandas Cleaning and they are, without a doubt, the absolute best cleaning service I have used. They left my home completely spotless and really went above and beyond in their work. They showed up on time and immediately tackled the job. Their work far exceeded my expectations. My carpet was in pretty bad shape due to a broken vacuum and a dog that sheds endlessly. The crew got my carpets looking brand new and the rest of my house looking immaculate. Yolandas Maid & Carpet cleaning will be my cleaning company going forward. more

I was desperate in need of a cleaning service after I let my cleaner go for lacking of job. So I search on net and found Yolandas cleaning among others, but the customer service that I received from Yolandas cleaning crew was the best far of all the others companies he explains step by step of the cleaning and the results of the team he send was impressive, they cover everything from top to bottom, my floors, cabinets, chandeliers, even front and back of doors and dusting of wall (I wasn't not even expect all of that). My couch also received a over due upholstery steam cleaning. For sure they know how to do a clean better then what I was receiving from my previous maid. And their price are very affordable plus they are professional, reliable and friendly. You can not go wrong with Yolandas cleaning! Thumb up! more

We have tried a lot of services over the years and none of them have even remotely compared to Yolandas. I used to come home after other services and got so angry walking through the house finding things they missed or just ignored. Not with this company. Their attention to detail is impeccable and the rates are so reasonable that they have become a pure necessity for us rather than a luxury. I have learn not to use independent/free lance cleaners but a service like Yolandas who actually guarantees their work. I'm so glad we finally found a cleaning service that rocks! more

As a contractor rep having ""trust"" and a ""long term relationship"" is very important to my business and I have been using Yolandas Cleaners for over a year and my experience with them has been exceptional. I have had many maid services in the past and have found them to be the most organized and consistent that I have used. The office seems well staffed and they are very friendly and thorough. They always seem to have plenty of cleaning supplies and have even fulfilled a couple of requests on product that I had for the wood floors. I have always considered myself hard to please but they seem to be regularly exceeding my expectation and they guarantee they're service. I have referred these guys to many of my friends and they are all very pleased. Like any other service we have had our misunderstandings and rescheduling issues but their professionalism always keep me calling them back. Give them a try and you will be very happy too! more

I don't normally write reviews, and i certainly never take the time to sign up for a site like this just to write a review, but I know i read reviews and the more i know about a company the better. Unfortunately my experience with Yolanda's Maid was a bad one. After going through countless other non-professional individuals and having nothing but problems I finally decided to bite the bullet and go with a ""professional"" company, even though i knew i'd be paying more. I called Yolanda's and spoke with Josh. He was very nice and helpful and informed me that he would send 2 maids to my residence the next day at 11am. 11am came and went and no one showed up. At 11:30am i called Josh to find out what was going on. He apologized and said he would call the maids to find out where they were and then get right back to me to let me know what was going on. I have yet to receive a phone call letting me know what happened or even to apologize. It's now the next day and i never heard back from anyone. It's absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER call this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. It's extremely disappointing. Especially when my biggest problem with individual maids was them not showing up!! If you are looking for a professional company, keep looking!! more

My family and I recently relocated to Los Angles 4 months back. These folks have been cleaning my home for over a year. They do an outstanding job. I feel very comfortable letting them ""do their thing"" without worrying about household items going missing. They also do great carpet cleaning as well every 6 months. Awesome!!!! more

I felt the cleaning service was perfect for my family. I felt the price for my Deep Cleaning was very affordable. The cleaners were in my house for approx. 6 hours doing a very detailed job. Whenever the ladies had questions they would ask me and I thought that was very nice of them. I have already given Yolandas Cleaning reference to several of my co-workers and family. Yolandas Maid Service standards seem to be alot higher than the competition. The attention to detail was why i am writing this review. The cleaning team went through all the items which were promised to us. We were thrilled at the fact that the fridge was cleaned so well from the inside that it looked almost brand new. I was in between having the floors re-finished but I decided not to since the cleaning was so good. I could never get my floor that clean . Overall, my experience was great and its worth every penny. I order a spring cleaning for my condo. when i return from work, they had perform the deep cleaning but my carpet still look dirty. All they did was vacuum but didn't steam clean them which was the main reason why i order the service. Least to say i am not satisfied.
