when I purchased my vehicle there were some issues but the sales staff and the general manager were able to iron ALL of the problems to my satisfaction and their service department (especially Danielle the manager and Kevin the service advisor) has been top notch. I LOVE my vehicle!!!! more

In and out, no problems 2/25/2014

Absolutely, the only complaint I've got is that there is a TV in the waiting area. I tend to read while waiting and that is a bit annoying. Other then that, clean, comfortable, polite, etc. All the things you'd expect from a properly run service department. more

Wait time is always reasonable (1 hr or less for oil change). I usually book appt online, but this time there was a problem choosing a time on the online calendar so I called to make the appt. No service issues with since i bought my sonata in oct 2011. I recommend sticking with the original dealer who knows your car best! more

I Stopped In After Work For An Oil Change. The Oil Change Took Two Hours. I Work A Full Time Job And Have A Home To Take Care Of. I Have Better Things To Do With My Time Then Wait Two Hours For An Oil Change. I Would Rather Pay More For A Oil Change In 15 Minutes Then Come To The Dealer And Wait 2 Hours For A Simple Oil Change. A Terrible Experience. more

Edwin Hernandez has been the best salesman I have ever had. He has truly been a man of his standard. Edwin has assisted me and the reason why I have purchased my second Hyundai in the past two years.
