I had a great experience here. Eric was very accomodating, he listened and asked what our needs were and tried to work with us. He made sure that we were taken care of and that everything met our needs. I would definately come back and do business with Eric again. My salesperson was efficient, insightful, and geniuinely interested in saving me money. As a result, I walked away with a brand new car, and then some. 2011 hyundai sonata 4/24/2011

I was in the market for a new vehicle and after several unsuccessful attempts, was referred to the Hyundai dealership at the Matteson Auto Mall. As soon as I got there I was greeted by a very helpful staff member named Rory. He along with, Edwin and other members of the staff were extremely helpful. I never felt pressured and even with my trade in still being under contract, they were able to get me in the car I wanted. I would without hesitation refer anyone to the friendly staff at Hyundai World at the Matteson Auto Mall. more

Met with Tom, who in the past I have bought over five vehicles from. As usual, Tom did what he could to get me in the vehicle and a price that would fit my budget. He had me meet with Raul, who was my salesperson. Raul was patient and answered all the many questions that I had. I was not sure about a vehicle and Tom allowed me to take it home and drive for a day. He is awesome. As a female consumer, I am often treated as if I can not make a major purchase on my own. These gentlemen did no such thing. They were great!!! more

Let me just say defintely go to World Hyundai at the Matteson Auto Mall, Edwin hooked me up with a new 2011 Chevy Malibu!! I had been to two other dealerships and they either wanted a cosigner or a high down payment which neither I had. Edwin got me in a wonderful car for a low down payment with not so much great credit! will denfintley come back for a trade up once established. more
