Mode of Operations for car sales.... Customers comes in the service department for a repair, while waiting salesman approaches( after the service mgr alerts him with a call to com...

Edwin is a excellent car saleperson. I was bring my car in for a routine oil change. Edwin cam from the work area and I told him i needed speak with him. I explained to him I was looking to upgrade in a 2012 model. When I was checked in for my oil change I went to see him. He was able to get me in a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with an excellent interest rate. Did I say he was my salesman two years ago when he sold me my 2010Hyundai Elantra. Excellent sales person, not over aggressive. more
