The technicians for Williams Comfort Air call before arriving and are professional in their work. While they will let you know what other services are available, they do not push for the sale. They always show the highest integrity in their customer service...a mark of the Williams Comfort Air company philosophy. I highly recommend them! more

Williams Comfort Air performs annual inspections and tune ups for our furnace and central air conditioner. Their technicians are always on time, geht right to work and thoroughly explain everything I should know. I am very pleased with their products and their work. more

I had two sump pumps replaced as well as a new battery in my battery backup. My options were explained to me so that I could make the best choice for me. The work was done in a timely, professional manner. Great service! Highly recommend them! more

Just want to thank everyone from Williams Comfort Air who has done work at our home. Everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and willing to answer any questions we have had. As well as giving us advice on the best way to take care of things. We've had a new heating unit put in as well as keeping the unit maintained and everyone that as done work at our home has always done an excellent job. We also just had our air duct system cleaned and they did a great job with that also. \r Thanks again. more

I just had the top of the line Infinity furnace, heat pump, and an incredible wifi thermostat installed and it was less expensive than I had budgeted. Duct cleaning is scheduled too. I am so happy that you would think I just got a new Rolls Royce! No one will see my HVAC system like they would a new car, but I am happier to have this. I didn't just buy a system blindly; I educated myself and then when Jim came out to consult, I knew that he really knew HVAC inside and out. He further educated me and never pressured or ""up-sold"". Then when Kevin and Josh came to install, I was stunned by the job they did. It is so nice. I go in my laundry room and admire my ""Rolls Royce"". And the thermostat...have you seen the killer new ones??? Yikes! Fabulous. You would have to see one to know why I am so happy. Hee-hee... Thanks to everyone at Williams Comfort Air. You rock! Incredible customer service, superior service, superior product. Thank you sooooo much for the peace of mind that I have now. I was afraid of my old system and it was costing me a fortune in fuel. more

Well I had Williams comfort air out yesterday to get an AC tuneup. Tech was very nice and seemed to be considerate to my dog situation (I have one that you have to watch, she is a runner). And he was out of my way, worked quickly and even told me that I needed to address the filter on my humidifier. Nice guy and pleasant, quick experience. They have been out before and will be out again. Thanks Williams Comfort Air! more

Tech was a good guy and showed on time and was very courteous and kept work area clean. But, Tech said that I had two capacitors and a contact switch that need replaced and quoted me $702 for parts and labor. I understand a business needs to make money but I looked up the parts and was able to order all 3 OEM parts for a total cost of $61.36 delivered today took me a total of 30 minutes to change them out. So that would mean your hourly rate is somewhere around $1280 an hour. Beings you wanted to charge me $702-$61 in parts equals $640 for a half hour of work. To beat all I bet your price on the parts are better than the $61 I paid. more

I have used Williams Comfort Air for service on my old furnace and they were always prompt, courteous and helpful. When it came time to replace the furnace and AC, it wasn't hard to decide who to call. The installers and the installation was great. Got a call when they were on the way, they showed up on time and were professional both in their dress and demeanor. There wasn't any goof off time. They worked the entire time they were here. Excellent workmanship on the installation. Unfortunately, I had an infant mortality on the AC compressor. The service technician was on hand the same day and while he could not replace the unit at that time, he made sure that an installation crew was on their way first thing Monday morning. I am quite pleased with Williams Comfort Air and will not hesitate to recommend them not only for installation but service as well! more
