I have used Williams Comfort Air for service on my old furnace and they were always prompt, courteous and helpful. When it came time to replace the furnace and AC, it wasn't hard to decide who to call. The installers and the installation was great. Got a call when they were on the way, they showed up on time and were professional both in their dress and demeanor. There wasn't any goof off time. They worked the entire time they were here. Excellent workmanship on the installation. Unfortunately, I had an infant mortality on the AC compressor. The service technician was on hand the same day and while he could not replace the unit at that time, he made sure that an installation crew was on their way first thing Monday morning. I am quite pleased with Williams Comfort Air and will not hesitate to recommend them not only for installation but service as well!
