Tech was a good guy and showed on time and was very courteous and kept work area clean. But, Tech said that I had two capacitors and a contact switch that need replaced and quoted me $702 for parts and labor. I understand a business needs to make money but I looked up the parts and was able to order all 3 OEM parts for a total cost of $61.36 delivered today took me a total of 30 minutes to change them out. So that would mean your hourly rate is somewhere around $1280 an hour. Beings you wanted to charge me $702-$61 in parts equals $640 for a half hour of work. To beat all I bet your price on the parts are better than the $61 I paid.
