I have been a client at West Hills Animal Hospital and Emergency Center for over 20 years. My pets have always received excellent care and I have a great appreciation for the experience, knowledge and care that the Veterinarians and staff put into their work every day. The hospital is staffed 24 hours a day, which means there are Veterinarians and Technicians on site at all times, and you can come in any time with an emergency. This became very meaningful to me most recently when my 11 month old puppy, Fin, chewed up his towel and ingested the pieces. He became obstructed and very sick. Fin ended up needing surgery and spent several days in the hospital. The staff were kind and caring, available for questions, and most importantly, took excellent care of my pup. I am relieved to say that Fin has made a full recovery, thanks to West Hills. I will continue to be a loyal client and my pets will continue to be loyal patients.
